We’ll explore the ways intuition shows up in the body, how modern life has conditioned us to ignore it, and why reconnecting with it is key to wellbeing. Participants leave with simple practices to strengthen intuition and the confidence to begin trusting their inner compass in everyday life.

I’m Jess — burnout survivor turned guide in energy alignment, self-awareness, and authentic growth. A recovering multi-passionate entrepreneur with a background in marketing, real estate, and small business ownership, I faced a burnout spiral that led to a fibromyalgia diagnosis and the need to reimagine what sustainable success could look like.
I became a student of my own healing, transforming my life and self-healing my chronic pain. Today, I help individuals and organizations avoid the same burnout spiral I faced. I’m a certified meditation coach, reiki practitioner, and life purpose, business, and entrepreneurial coach, currently pursuing my master’s degree in transpersonal psychology.
I also host The Becoming You Project podcast, where I shares stories and tools to help people reconnect with themselves, build community, and align their energy in a culture that glorifies exhaustion.
