A certified Reiki master, life purpose and entrepreneurial coach, and life-long student of astrology and energetics, I blend strategy with self-discovery and energy tools to help you grow with clarity and ease.

It wasn’t long ago that I was living a life completely out of alignment.
I was overworking, under-feeling, and stuck in work that drained me. I knew I was meant to help people in a deeper way, but I was exhausted, disconnected, and out of sync with my own energy.
Everything shifted when I stopped trying to fit the mold and started a deep journey of self-discovery — one that led me back to my intuition, my strengths, and my natural rhythm.
Through that process, I discovered what truly lights me up: helping women reconnect with who they really are and create businesses and lives that feel aligned, expansive, and real.
Today, I support women not just in what they do, but in how they feel as they do it. We clear blocks, restore flow, and create a foundation that’s grounded in both purpose and self-trust.
Because when your energy is aligned, your whole life expands — and I’d be honored to walk with you on that journey.

Fear is the block that holds so many of us back in life. We’re programmed to fear the feeling of fear, so we consciously and subconsciously avoid all situations that might expose us to the dreaded feeling. But when we get comfortable with the feeling of fear and welcome it on our journey as a necessary part of growth, the blocks disintegrate and we start shattering ceilings.
