Stay supported between calls — ask questions, share reflections, or get quick feedback when you need it.

✔ Guided Assignments and Integration Practices

For those who want to take the work deeper, I’ll provide practices for your integration weeks: journaling prompts, chakra/energy work, business strategy tasks, meditations, mindset work, and more.

✔ Support Tools for Entrepreneurs

You’ll have access to a library of resources designed to support both the inner and outer work of business: workbooks, guided meditations, personal branding tools, and business clarity templates to bring strategy and energy into alignment.

  • Absolutely. While many of my clients are creators and entrepreneurs, this work is about reconnecting with your energy, purpose, and identity—whether you're building a business, navigating a transition, or simply craving a deeper connection with yourself.

  • This isn't surface-level strategy or one-size-fits-all advice. I combine deep inner work (nervous system, energy, identity) with practical tools so your transformation is sustainable, not performative. Plus, I’ve lived this journey — everything I guide you through, I’ve walked through myself.

  • This container is built with that in mind. Our pace is gentle, intentional, and aligned with your nervous system capacity. You're never expected to “hustle” here. We’ll work with where you are—not against it.

  • Each session is 60–75 minutes biweekly. In between, you'll receive optional assignments, journaling prompts, or rituals—but there’s no pressure to “keep up.” This work is designed to support you — not overwhelm you.

  • Life happens. You can reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice. I’m here to support you in a way that honors real life and real transformation.

  • Yes! You can either pay in full or choose a monthly payment plan. Payment details are listed above, and we can chat if you need a flexible option.

  • Because this work involves deep energetic exchange and commitment, all sales are final. That said, I’m committed to your growth and will always work with you to make sure you're feeling supported.

  • Adding Voxer is an option intended to support you in the moment, as-needed. Voxer “days” don’t accumulate or carry over week-to-week. But if you miss a day and you have questions, email support is included between sessions!

  • You’ll walk away with more clarity, connection to your purpose, regulated energy, and aligned action steps. Many clients report feeling more like themselves again—creative, inspired, clear, and confident in their next steps.
