This one-on-one intensive is your space to pause, breathe, and shed the layers that are keeping you stuck.

Here we explore the two most foundational pieces of your energetic alignment:

  • Your energetic blueprint is the frequency you were born with — shaped by your astrology, human design, intuitive wiring, and personality patterns. It’s the energetic map of how you’re naturally designed to flow, create, restore, and make decisions.

    Together, we’ll look at:

    • How to work with the energy of your natal chart + human design

    • Where you fall on the introversion/extroversion spectrum and what that means for energy output

    • How your intuitive language shows up and how to trust it again

    This phase gives you clarity to:

    • Plan your days and weeks to support your natural input/output needs
      (e.g., honoring energy peaks, creating space for recovery, and knowing when to rest vs. initiate)

    • Overcome challenges and fears around finding your voice and speaking your truth
      (especially when people-pleasing or self-doubt has kept you quiet)

    • Design your business or creative flow around your natural energy, not someone else’s formula
      (so that work becomes sustainable and fulfilling again)

    • Recognize how your introversion, sensitivity, or emotional depth can be leveraged as a strength
      (instead of something to hide or override)

    These are the energetic imprints on your soul that influence how you move through the world and reconnect with the clarity and rhythm that’s already within you.

  • Next, we zoom out to explore what’s currently disrupting your energetic flow. This isn’t about fixing you — it’s about finding where you’ve been pushed out of alignment by the demands of the world around you.

    We’ll audit your life across key energetic pillars:

    • Environment: how your physical space supports or drains your energy

    • Relationships: where emotional labor, people-pleasing, or over-attachment is leaking energy

    • Connection with Purpose: whether your work reflects your values and natural rhythm

    • Physical Well-being: how nervous system dysregulation, exhaustion, or tension are affecting your energy

    We’ll also identify deeper blockages like:

    • Chakra imbalances and what they’re revealing about your emotional landscape

    • Core emotional loops (fear, shame, guilt) that keep you stuck

    • Signs of intuitive disconnection (overthinking, indecision, numbness)

    • Manifestation misalignments — when you’re forcing instead of receiving

This intensive is all about awareness and clarity. It’s where we lay the foundation for every aligned decision to come — in your life, in your business, and in how you hold your energy.

What does the process actually look like?

Once you book your Energetic Alignment Intensive, I’ll personally reach out to you with everything you need to prepare. This session is designed to go deep — so a little prep work will help us make the most of our time together.

Here’s what to expect:

  • You’ll be asked to share your birth date, exact birth time, and birth location. This allows me to generate your natal chart and human design chart with accuracy — which means more tailored insights for you.

    For so many reasons, I know it’s not always possible to have this information. While it’s possible to proceed without this information, any discussion about astrology and human design (to key elements of the blueprint) will be limited.

  • I’ll send you a form to help you reflect, ground into what you’re currently experiencing, and give me a sense of what you’re hoping to shift. Please return it at least 3 business days before our session.

  • Want to add some backstory in your own words? You can send me a single Voxer (audio) message with anything you’d like me to know. Totally optional — but helpful if you're craving deeper resonance in our time together.

  • When I reach out, I’ll also include a link to book our call. Let me know if you have any questions or scheduling challenges. I schedule these sessions during normal business hours and will send over several options. If you don’t see a time that works for you, just let me know and we can work together to get you scheduled at another time during normal business hours. All intensives happen via Zoom or FaceTime.

    Make sure you’re booking a time slot that gives you ample time to fill out the questionnaire (and remember that the questionnaire should be submitted at least 3 business days prior to our call). Let me know if you have questions!

Once you’ve submitted all of your information, I’ll begin mapping your energetic blueprint — analyzing your chart data, the patterns in your questionnaire, and personal insights. I’ll create a personalized PDF overview with your key energetic design info, which we’ll review together during your session.

During the call, we’ll walk through your blueprint and conduct your energy audit together. This is where the insight starts to land — and transformation begins.

After the session, you’ll receive:

  • A custom workbook and summary with next steps based on your unique blueprint and challenges

  • Tools, practices, and prompts to continue your alignment work on your own — no pressure, no perfectionism
